While they are motivated to have a good contract, they also need to maintain a degree of privacy that allows them to still function as a family. So much of my marketing efforts take place outside of the listed property - thus it is especially important to communicate frequently.

stands ahead of all other properties in the purchaser’s memory.
Far more than just a copy of the multiple listing, my brochures
include a floorplan, interior and exterior color photos.
