There is
a special satisfaction in working with clients who are purchasing a
property. It might be the first home purchase, job-related transfer,
change in home style/size, investment property or even a property
being sold privately by the owner.
Recognizing that each segment of the buying population has unique
concerns, I recently qualified and earned the advanced designation "Seniors
Real Estate Specialist" (SRES). This designation is an addition
to the "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR) which I
completed in 1998.

- Structure,
present and negotiate the purchase offer
- Representation
and follow through at professional home inspections
- Monitor
the processing of the loan and settlement services
- Represent
the client at settlement
